Bali, March 2015… This past year, Paulina Katarina has reached new heights in its accomplishment as one of Bali’s best fashion brand. Its expansion to the Jakarta market has been well received, while still keeping close bond with their Bali customers.
One of the many ways that Paulina Katarina are engaging with its loyal customers is by doing some pop-up shops. This March, Paulina Katarina is proud to unveil their first pop-up shop within SATU boutique. Located at the strategic Beachwalk Shopping Mal in Kuta Beach, this pop-up shop will be open for the next few months to make it easier for customers looking to get their hands on Paulina Katarina’s newest collections.
As we know, SATU is the home of Bali’s finest designers. It is an exclusive and contemporary boutique located at Alang-Alang, Beachwalk level 3. The boutique accommodates upcoming young designers and gives them space alongside established brands. Paulina Katarina will take up their main area, right in the entrance of SATU. Due to the high demand of their eclectic and chic summer look, Paulina Katarina is very excited to add this pop-up shop to their existing stockist.
To celebrate this new pop-up shop, Paulina Katarina also launches their latest collection, Archipelago Vol. 2. The Archipelago is a mini collection by Paulina Katarina that pays tribute to Indonesia’s rich heritage, that is their textiles. Archipelago is made to encourage the use of Indonesian prints as part of the daily activities and ready to wear pieces. In Archipelago Volume 2, Paulina Katarina takes inspirations from one of Indonesia’s iconic traditional textile: Ikat. Ikat is a method of printing woven fabric by tie-dyeing the warp yarns before weaving. It’s everywhere these days, making a comeback in the fashion world. Now, it is an inseparable part of Paulina Katarina.
