When in Bali, eat as the Balinese do, or in this case eat at Bebek Bengil (Dirty Duck). Known as one of Bali culinary icon, Bebek Bengil has had people flocking in their restaurants since 1990. The first branch opened was in Ubud, serving authentic crispy duck cooked in traditional herbs and spices to the locals and travellers in Bali. Everyone was hooked, and they haven’t stopped serving these fine ducks since.
This August, Bebek Bengil is proud to re-introduces its latest branch – Bebek Bengil Tuban. Located 5 minutes from the Ngurah Rai International Airport, this branch is opened to cater the needs of people who crave the crispy duck and does not have the time to go to Ubud, and those leaving Bali and want to bring these famous ducks to their loved ones. Since Tuban is also located right in the heart of Bali busiest area, it is perfect for meetings, birthdays and simple get together with your friends and loved ones.
The ambiance in Bebek Bengil Tuban reminds us of their other branches: simple and comfortable. There’s no fuss with the interior because people came for the delicious food. The wood-dominated furniture goes nicely with the touch of purple in the cushions and curtains. The beautiful chandeliers glow in a warm light, making the restaurant warm and inviting. The Bebek Bengil Tuban has two floors with a total capacity of 430 pax for outdoor and indoor seats. They also have a private room with 30 seats for your meetings and events.
Known for its authentic Balinese delicacy, Bebek Bengil restaurant is committed to serve the customer with the freshest ingredients available. They only use butter in their baking, olive oil in their dressings and vegetable oil in their frying. Their must-try menu is their famous crispy duck, served with Balinese vegetables and sambal matah. But, they also have other delicious menu with original recipe from the founder, Mrs. Agung Raka Sueni, such as Bebek Pelalah/122k, Pepes Ikan Bumbu Bali/95k, and Nasi Campur Bali/75k. Don’t forget to try the Fresh Grilled Sea Food/125k or the Balinese Sate Lilit Platters (chicken, fish and duck)/96k. They also serve various international menu and amazing cakes baked fresh in the kitchen. Bebek Bengil Tuban opens everyday from 10am-10pm.
